Robert "Bob" Vuolo (MS, PMP, ITIL)
Since 1993, Bob has focused on training and course development in project management. He has presented more than 350 PM seminars to some 6,500 mid and upper-level managers at companies like AT&T, Northrop Grumman, Military Sealift Command, DHL, Verizon, Sprint, Motorola, the State Department, and the Jordanian Army. Since 2004, his focus has been almost exclusively on preparing business and government professionals for the PMP examination.
With extensive real-world experience in both project and program management, Bob has worked with and trained students from the US Navy, Booz Allen Hamilton, The MITRE Corporation, Cap Gemini of America, and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
Bob is an NYU Adjunct Professor and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Bob also holds a PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments, the UK equivalent of PMP) practitioner, and an accredited ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practitioner. Bob also holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University.
Ron Ponce (BA, PMP) - Student Administrator
Ron Ponce (BA, PMP) has mentored and trained hundreds of aspiring PMP professionals in the art and science of project management, who have gone on to be successful project leaders within their organizations. He has specialized over the years on building solid project management infrastructures both for organizations and for individuals, and acts as the Student Administrator for PMPerfect.
Ron is a strategically driven executive trainer with hands-on experience as a project manager, product manager, process specialist, and people manager. He has a 20 year track record of successfully completing both large and small scale initiatives and implementations for organizations ranging from business startups to Fortune 100 firms. He has expertly built and led geographically dispersed, top-performing teams to deliver technically sophisticated projects on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts University of California at Berkeley and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is a member of the Board of Directors for Tellefesen Hall Association (Home of the Cal Band) in Berkeley, and Cine Accion of San Francisco.
Lee Cooper (PMP, ITIL, CKM)
Lee has taught PMP exam prep certification courses since 2007, and has over 25 years of direct project management experience. Over the course of his career, Lee has served as a Project Manager, IT Manager and Director for various firms. His project management experience crosses multiple domains, include Federal and State government, Clinical Research, Avionics, Publishing, Law Enforcement and Emergency Management areas.
A resident of Austin, Texas, Lee currently advises the Project Management Office (PMO) for a large state agency. In his role, he provides mentoring, guidance and critical training to agency project managers and employees.
Lee currently holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP); as well as multiple certifications in ITIL V3 and Certified Knowledge Management (CKM). Lee earned his undergraduate degree from Fort Lauderdale College and has served in the U.S. Army during which he lived in Key West, Okinawa, Germany and the Middle East.
